hey there cams and phasers have been hard to get for these things but check out the comp cams website the have awsome cams and phasers there theis using them in the states in the mustangs 4.6's-5.4's there best cams are under THUMPER CAMS FOR 3 AND 4 VALVE. the site adress is http://www.compcams.com I got some coming for my car will let yas know how they are

yeah but ua cant get em from oz they have to be special order from the states vpw is who i went through and the cams im getting are the muther thumpers 127020 with 20degre lock up phasers they are the biggest you can run with standard heads and valve springs but requires stall, diff gears and tune

That's the case with most cams though...even for a windsor they usually don't have what you actually want.
You're probably going to have some fun getting it to idle properly...our engines are speed density so it makes idle tuning a little painful.

cappa says they will be able to tune well with the cam specs it will always iddle lumpy but be very drivable in the low rpm range

hey man any news on how thne cams goin?. i had a look on the site and tghey say best gains for 4900rpm+ dont these motors get a bit shakey around the 6k?

hey every one iv got a bf fairlane 5.4 3v and mine is neally done weighting on cams, its got gennie extractors dule 2.5 inc ceramic coated, 4.11, 52lb injectors 3200 stall, nx wet kit, ported heads and manafold was cut up so could port propely, and capa flash tuner, comp spr stage 3 cam on order 127600 and springs and retainers and modular... also ss induction grouler kit, and bilit ss inductions throtle body..

im chasing head bolts and vrs kit need decient head gaskits 4 gas any one know were i can get some at agood price so far its at $950?? cheers guys

wat power ppl getting??
