Yes they should but you will need to change also the Struts, the AU springs are progressive rate and require a different strut to the EL.

i would also think putting v8 rated springs in, it may actually sit higher at the front,

The ONLY change in front springs on AU's was between IRS and live axle, Ford uses the same springs for AU XR V8 or I6 (except IRS)
