if your putting cruise into an EB I would recommenced putting the EL module in...

You'll be running km's of wire for the EB/ED system... from the inst cluster to the pedals to the console to the washer bottle... It'll be a night mare...

The EL module picks up a couple of wires on the brake pedal and the rest from the rear of the cluster from memory...

I upgraded the ED cruise to EF/EL cruise on mine because its neater and easier and gives the set - button if you have the provision on the wheel for it...

All info for it is in my build if your interested... which is link in my sig...

Cheers,
Tim

hi the loom is under the bonnet to the washer bottle but not in the cab
iv got the speed controller and the loom from the centre console to the dash
iv got the momo wheel with the cruise buttons
iv got the fairmont boss and loom from the wheel to under the dash
iv got the vacuume lines from the cruise motor to the accuator and the brake switch
im jsut not too sure where to connect it under the dash as theres no plugs
iv been reading on here and in one of benj comments he said you have to change the switches for the el/ef one because theres 5 buttons on the ef/el isnt there?

would it be possible to mount the speed controller under the dash and not bother running the wires to the centre console? and also when i removed the loom two wires from the speed controller ran under the back seats (black with brown stripes) where would that go to?

cheers
