Nah its better than that - I have an 87 XF, so need all the ULP/Cats etc, but I have the running donor car, all the right bits, and have done conversions before (waaaay back in the late 80's/early 90's hahaha)
The hardest part for me will be getting the climate control working in the XF |

Cos the Windsor will bolt in won't it? I Know with a Cleveland you have to turn the heater box upside-down or remove it cos the outlets are too close to the head or rocker cover.
Gonna do a build thread too?
