I am buying a new set of diff gears for my BA Wagon currently has 3.23 ratio i will be fitting the 3.73 should i upgrade to LSD Centre or just go for the 4 Pionion centre out of AU diff.
Also fuel economy will this go up from fitting this gear set? Thanks.

I have a BA Wagon. Bout a year ago i got 3.73 ratio installed. At the same time i got an LSD put in. Dont know where it (LSD) came from. Got it all supplied and fitted for around $950. The girl has a bit more poke now
 Oh yeah i forgot...... fuel consuption went up. Sits on around 2k @ 100km/h. But it's tuned too, so the fuel paramaters are set to 100% Cheers

The 3:73 gears when fitted does the car need to be retuned so the Auto changes correctly?
