Hi
I'm attempting to remove the rear door glass and have taken out the winder mechanism, the window rubber runner and it seems like thier still isnt enough room to remove it. was wondering if the 1/4 glass has to be removed as well? GEM.

I did this in word format, isn't the best I know but it will give you an idea.
It is BA removal and replace but the doors , regulators and glass are same. Attachment: Window.doc

OK mate I had a look at papa smurfs method, but the thing wouldn't format up properly for me anyway, how I've done it in the past, is unbolt you glass from the reg, have it down the bottom of the door, take out the rubber around the window the bailey channel. then you want to remove the outer weather stripping, it has some clip setup, bit of a pain so i just broke them, most like worth working it out in your case to remove it properly as the door was f**k anyway for me and just for scrap.
then you should be able to just pull it up and out.
