thanks Dude.

If I get lows, do I have to change shocks or anything? or keep the stock ones there.

Is changing springs a really hard job to do yourself?

hey mate

you can keep your stock shocks in, though it might be a good idea to change them if they are nearly gone, saves you having to replace them later on and might save u a bit of $$ to do it all at once. If your going to be putting the in springs yourself might be an idea to invest in a spring compressor

cheers

Whats an average price for all round for an XR8? It's an EB, but I been told that all E-series are the same.

roughly 110 a pair, so 220 or 300 if you go somewhere expensive - this is JUST springs, no shocks or installation!
