thanks man, im in the process of buying a new floor pan to replace the current one,

debate, keep the bench seat and column shift auto or take out and console + floor shift in
also keep the 250 x-flow or stick in a 302 or 351

and the paint is going to be white period,
just cant decide if i want a pearl, glitter whatever through it lols.

Gotta tell you when i saw the bench seat i thought how cool the old bench that's trick - no-one has a bench anymore keep it dude be a non conformist, as far as pearls go Lexus has a nice white pearl in the current range that is very nice without being too outlandish.

I think I might keep the bench actually after ripping the bench out of my previous car.
Within the next few weeks I'll get the floor pan from rare spares it's only going to costabout 300 dollars I was surprised actually

well apparently i only need the front passengers side floor pan so i will pick that up for 75 from rare spares,

while that is getting done i will be taking the front bench seat somewhere to get re upholstered, i was thinking either black or white,

does anyone know of a good, cheap place to get it done? around the Sydney area?

It can be done but you will need to graft in the wiring loom out of NC into your car as these motors AND gearboxes are computer controlled

If your on a tight budget (which sounds like you are) then i would personally steer away from this option as it can get quite expensive, especially if your not a wiz with soldering irons and electrical schematics

Plus a carbied cleveland V8 sounds SO much tougher than a standard EFI'd weezer imo
