Hey guys, just want to thank you guys for the last 4 years of infomation i have got from these forums and say hello after lurking for so long lol. To keep it short and simple about 2 months ago, the auto (as they do ) packed it in on my el futura, and dad offered me a great price on his au fairmont, so the deal was done.. the el was a good base to start with, but i couldnt resist the au.. It has 17' ba xr rims, lows and matching shocks, xr6 swaybars, ba xr6t front brakes (free ) 2/12 inch lukey exhaust, boxed pod filter and a ss inductions snorkle.. I have just picked up a vct motor with 150 000km on it i am slowly building up for a mild turbo set up (lower compression head gasket and a freshen up as i dont want 900rwkw, and with the aim being 200rwkw and anything else a bonus theres no point going over the top), I wanted a intech for simplicity but for $100 beggers cant be chooses . below providing i work out how to upload them, are some pics with more to come as the build goes along.

Nice fairmont
Probably needs lower springs in the back to even it out, but a very clean nice car! |
