hello have a ef falcon just converted to a manual runs good but soon as u slow down in gear it will surge and a poping sound can be herd out the exhaust same if u drive slow in first gear very touchy on the throtle i bought the gear box 2nd hand out of a xh ute and the computer is new from ford the only thing i can think of is the nutral drive switch on the gear box may be stuffed and help would be great sstanford1@hotmail.com ...urgent

had no luck getting a neutral drive switch on the t5 manual its located at the front of the gear box on the left starter motor side on the top cover its almost simular to the reverse switch but is shorter ..went to ford they said the switch is no more stoped making them in 2007 so get a new replacment was out the door how ever alot of people have been using a make shift switch on the clutch pedal to be used inplace of the neutral switch prety much does the same job so yeah maybe prob solved ...........
