Hi guys,

Recently had the front wheel bearings done. However as i'm driving along the road at about 80-110kmh, there is a very audible pulsating noise, and i can feel a vibration in the floor pan.

This noise sounds similar to like a flat tyre or something but quite deep and pulsates.

It sounds like it's coming from the back but i could be wrong. Any ideas?

maybe jack up the rear and check the tailshaft uni's and rear wheel bearings?
might be worth jacking the front up too nd spinning the wheels to check the noise isn't coming from there, could the front wheels bearings have been done up too tight?

I thought it could be the tail shaft, as it was removed to do the rear housing seal on the T5 at the same time. Don't think the bearings would be too tight, my dad (a very experienced mechanic) did them.
