I'd seen them on a Statesman and they were fully polished - that's what I thought i was getting but turns out they are silver powder coated centres and machine lips - maybe that's why they look lighter in the centres - not so much reflective bling -
but I think I prefer these as they would have been harder to keep looking good if they were fully polished
