hi

how do you move the flange on the cat converters and cut the pipe back to the cat converter to take pacemaker extractors

does anyone have information on modifying cat converters to take pacemaker extractors, there was information on one of the extractor websites but cant find it and wanted to know if yous had information on how much pipes got to be welded to each end of the cat converters to take pacemaker extractors
