What im looking to do is make my car sound hot. It's an 07 Falcon BF MKII XT. From what i know anything from a non turbo XR6 fits an XT.
Any opinions on what i should get?
e.g. Full system or just a tip etc.. and for a reasonable price (not anything like 700+)
Thanks,

Try findin a used genuine xr6t cat back... then take it to ur local muffler joint and get him to weld up a joining piece and fit it...

Did it to my na xr6 and it made a huge sound difference

Cat back was $100 fitting and welded peice was $150

Later i got the center muffler removed and it sounded awesome, crackles when you kick it down to first... this mite be a little too much for some tho..

these are some vids with center muffle removed.. off the guy that got me onto it

be wary of changing the exhaust on a bf. the secondary 02 sensor can give funny readings and set of your check engine light, plus with the computers reaction to the readout on the gasses, you may have an increase in petrol consumption. i advise speaking to a few exhaust fitters first to get their opinions on things and so your informed on any possible outcomes.

good solid advice phatba, i got a piece of short pipe on my second sensor (there is a thread with pics around somewhere) and its stopped the light coming on for a good 8 months, its come on and off lately but i will be getting a custom tune eventually so not fussed about it. I did notice my fuel economy slightly increase but i do boot it a whole more now that i got my full exhaust done (headers as well) so its hard to say if its because of the mod on the second sensor.
