exactly what those measurements say ^^^ not sure what your after if they aren't it?
Because I'm tired I drew a crude version but you get the idea... But its just a piece of flat steel to the above dimensions... Attachment: untitled.JPG Cheers, Tim You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Dr Torx?
Basically use two M6 bolts and bolt it to the wheel as close to the big torx bolt as possible... Then I used a 3/8" drive ratchet, extension and T50 bit and undid the bolt, when it hits the flat steel keep turning and it pushes against the flat steel pushing the wheel off... Just this sort of T50 3/8 drive bit: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Newsome-3-8-Tamp ... 3cb1720b15 Cheers, Tim

G'day Tim
Might have been the name of a special tool, unless Dr Torx meant Torx Drive (back to front). Whilst on the topic, I looked at the diagram and your description, I need a bit of clarification. You mentioned drill two 6mm holes with 60mm hole centres. Does it translate to this below:_ Drill 6mm hole then 30mm apart drill a 10mm hole then 30mm apart drill another 6mm hole. Then the flat steel would have to be greater than 70mm in length, more like 80mm? Can you tell me if that's right or have I missed something. Cheers, Peter |

na to the centres on the holes, not the edges...
so the two 6mm holes are 60mm to the centre of each hole, and right in the middle is a 10mm hole, so 30mm in from each 6mm hole centre... if you talk to the whole edges... 2mm -> 6mm hole -> 22mm -> 10mm hole -> 22mm -> 6mm hole -> 2mm =70mm... You can make it 80 if you like, each end space will be 7mm then instead of 2... but hole centres will be 30mm still... Cheers, Tim
