ive pulled my transmission down and well which way does the one way clutch go??? the max ellerys book is ever so detailed.

its in the C4 section , forward clutch section

any ideas lol?

Crank Assembly balanced, HV oil pump, ACL Trimetal bearings, "1 extra oil clearance taking to around 0.0650-0.0700 on mains and big ends, Moly rings,, Xr6 Cam, POD ( Possibly oversize injectors), Block, Head, Timing cover, belt idler, Alternator,painted in ford light blue

The sprag has a raised outer lip on one end - that has to go at the end of the larger hub, opposite end of the splines.

The one way clutch - It is also called the sprag clutch.

thanks a heap , do you know where i can get anouther rod , the selector rod? and pin ?? mines pretty scruwed

Genuine might be expensive, But they are available aftermarket - ATP, Motorspecs etc sell them, But most transmission shops will have them in stock - or they might have a good secondhand one laying around.
