Wondering what the minimum disc thickness is that is required in order for them to pass a roadworthy here in Victoria?

Every model is different

ED

New 24mm
Used 22.2mm

pretty easy to look it up.

Yeah no standard, just depends on the car, get big modern car run good 30+mm
form tiny s**t with mayube 10-15mm
don't let them get to thin obviously as the result are interesting when chunk of the rotor dislodge.

It is cast into the hub...in thousandth's of an inch.
If I remember, new is 1.000".....under size is like 0.985" or 0.965".....they are rediculous...something like only 0.040" wear from new to scrap.

24.5mm front.
14.7mm rear.

Specs from DBA. But as said above, it's cast into the disc.

Sounds like I'm gonna need new discs for my V8 one tonner :(
The discs on my ED are near new (Font and rear discs were replaced only 3 months ago along with new pads and fresh brake fluid).

in nsw only a brake force test at 40 kmh is required for roadworthy, no rotor measurements ect..

Vic doesn't require a annual Roadworthy.

so when we need them they actually look at the car.
