eb2 alt is 75 or 80 amp vs el alt is 100 amp and ef is 110 amp...

is there anyway of transplanting an EL alternator into an EB?

unless you can find a way to remove the EL pulley and fit the EB pulley to it and ensure the mounting points aren't different (basically that pulleys are inline/belt runs true) then it will work fine...
reg plug is most likely the same, and big wire bolts under the stud Cheers, Tim

actually the pulleys dont interchange, the shaft on the eb ones are too short...

ask ToranaGuy. he has one on his EB Ghia. i want him to make one up for me so i can use one too. Damn stereo and damn EB alternator
