Yes, you can.
Not the other way around though. However it is not recommended to use a second hand harmonic balancer. They are available new for approx $100. Cheers BenJ

chers guys my el has done 1.147.000 kms and still going but throws off belts i have a ef ballancer sitting in my shed wasnt sure

Ef balancer has a crank angle sensor on it
El doesn't - do you remove the crank angle sensor some how to make it fit an EL?
