Hey all,
Just a curious one, the wifes EL has stopped, all indicators are pointing to a faulty distributor. Was just wondering if anyone knows if the dizzy from an ED would fit in the EL. Maybe a long shot but I go away tomorrow and really need the wifes car going asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated Regards Jamin |

to save you some grief down the track before you put the ed dizzy in pull the module of the side and clean all the old heat sink paste off and apply some new high quality heat sink paste
in my opinion this is what causes the distributors to fail - the paste dries out and a bad contact between the module and the heat sink developes and causes the module to overheat and burnout most electronic or computer shops can sell you a small tube for less than $10 something like artic silver themal compound from msy computers |
