i had my amp bracket arrive today and i noticed it looked out of bent and didnt come with screws so i was test fitting and shaping it correctly and getting some screws to suit it and i noticed some wires one set must be amp wires but there is another set on the rear parcel shelf that is built into fords wiring so must be original but i aint got a clue what they could be for
these must be amp power wires not sure what the single blue one is for   any ideas at all what this is for ?  and again any ideas ?

The first lot is for the premium sound amp.
The round one is for the phone aerial on the roof. The last lot is probably for the factory cd stacker. |

i just went through the wiring book and found out about the first one and no the last one isnt for the 6 stacker as i have it in and it works its almost in the middle of the rear parcel shelf its not long or anything

by the wiring digrams in the ellery manual the light blue wire is the trigger wire for the amp , I have the mid range stero in a 95 fairlane ,i have searched for the other end of the wire but cant find where it comes from the yellow should be straight to the battery

im thinking it must be a professionally done wiring maybe as i cant find anything about it
but i cant find any holes for like a aftermarket amp or anything so idk its got me clueless the rear parcel shelf and everything is untouched

Hi. If the colors in that 4 pin plug are red, yellow, black and light green and they are near the antenna plug for the phone the may be phone power and mute wires???? Using a test light check yellow for power all the time red for power with the key and light green will mute the radio. Cheers MD

I found a premium sound head deck in a 96 fairmont the botton half has a round plug wich has 3 rca's and the feed to the light blue wire on it , then the plug you have plugs into another plug mounted on the amp braket
