Has anyone opened their instrument cluster, does the push button stuff up?
mine seems to have to push it like through the other side to get it to register the reset and the bastards too hard to get it to diagnostic modes is it an easy fix or is the dash stuffed |

i opened mine up heaps of times havent had any probs at all, i dont quite understand what uve done with the button, i have a spare cluster here thats pulled apart atm and i cant see why u would need to take it off?

I haven't done anything to the button (it was already dodgy when I got it
 )
it doesn't register the reset always properly, I want to know how it makes contact - is it reparable? usally dust'n crap get in switches/button that sometimes stuff them up. Is it a SPDT type switch or normal contact type? |
