It's pretty likely thats whats happened.


i agree. damaged the primary and secondary piston seals. so when the bleeder is cracked and there is no pressure it feels alright. but when trying to brake the fluid will just flow straight passed the seals

i had a problem with my mont last week, lost brakes my first thought was booster but peddle was soft? after going over it i ended up back at the booster and fund that the iner seal in the booster was shot! Air was pumping back out the shaft at your feet.
Another booster later and she brakes even better then before, so never second doubt the booster with out a good going over..

well green machine im def changing booster now. went and got a new master cylinder aswell 300 smackers anstead of $405 was a good discount. i will be fitting them in the rain

i went and got a new master and booster. put them on this avro. same problem. ! hydralic failure light on no pressure

wtf am i not doing or doing wrong. ive bled the air out 1000 time over and no joy. who want beers to fix my issue

DID YOU BENCH BLEED THE MASTER CYLINDER?! i asked this before. you can't just chuck it on dry fill it up and expect it to bleed

tight fitting hose over the bleed nipple with a 10mm ring spanner get thi missus to pump the pedal
hold open nipple let the air out and close. its runnig a smooth constant stream whem bleeding now.

brakes are stuck on. the rotors wont turn wont spin easily. it has abs do i need to do anything to the module
