How do I install LED strip lights (in footwells) that operate when the doors are open, but turn off when closed ( same timing as ceiling light)?

Where is the wiring for the ceiling light located or is there an easier way?

Thanks

If its the same as the older falcons, the wiring loom is accessible from the rear right plastic panel beside the parcel tray.
