After an agonisingly long wait, (6 months)my RPMII inlet has arrived, and apon inspection, i need to remove the 4 studs from the HO Maniford that hold the TB and EGR Spacer in place, these then need to be attached to the RPM . Any ideas on how this is done. Was considering either using the nuts and tighten them on to each other and using them to remove the studs, or do i need to heat the bloddy thing up and use a set ov vice grips

Go with option 1 first the 2 nuts should work fine.
