Hi guys,
Now this will almost be impossible to diagnose but im just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. I have a EF Fairmont 95 model, i did have an issue with water coming out of the overflow, so i changed the cap, overflow tank and thermostat. Today i got the welsh plugs replaced with the coolant being replaced, flushed and bled. Now with the heating issue. If the car is idiling, it will hit say a quater of the way up, thermostat will activate and cool. But i have found that if i go on short trips the car will heat up to around the 'R', yet when i say go on long trips or freeway driving the car seems to get to that point, but cool down. I'm concerned with this heat issue and im wondering if there is any tips or things i can do to help cooling the car down cheers daniel |

Could be either termo fans or a blocked radiator
Maybe take it to a radiator place
