Started on what fuel? If you want help your going to have to start adding a lot more detail.


It looks like when cold start, it will use petrol, and when car is warm, it still use gas to start. But the guy told me every time it will use petrol. I will go back again next week.

going by the look of the pics of the air intake, the PCV also needs to be re plumbed. Also make sure the have changed the PCV to a metal one

Hi mate, I found out it is CP 66 as you say. How can I adjust, can you explain in more detail? thanks.

Define 'long time' - over 2 hrs, and/or first start of the day ??

What detail?? Already covered above - label tells you the rest. Adjuster is the little trimpot left of the terminals, use a flatblade instrument screwdriver.

If you don't have the PCV conected to manifold vacuum it won't work. They also only flow in one direction. It's the breather at the back of the rocker cover that should be replumbed before the mixer.

Factory gas system have a plate under the ISC to allow the PCV and rocker breather to connect to

yes they do, but the PCV in that case is still connected after the mixer, But the rocker cover breather doesn't connect to it.

The breather is certainly essential it get's clean air - a gas charge going through the rocker cover won't help with a backfire.
IIRC it's been mentioned a few times in threads here that the factory ISC plate is for lubrication of the ISC ??
Again, this was only for ISC issues ??

Which is why it needs to be plumbed in before the mixer.
The PCV on the other hand needs to be connected to manifold vacuum.

I went back again, and got the final solution.
Put a jumper on CP66 petrol starter.
Now it is always started with petrol.

how many kms u get out of a tank of lpg???
