nah just go to your local autobarn, repco, supercheap or whatever and just get the right stuff four your car.

take the bottom hose off, let it drain and i normally put the garden hose down the thermostat hole and rinse out he motor a little, put the bottom hose back on and refill

Not sure if your BA is the same rad set up as an EA-AU but iv found best way to flush rad, drop bottom hose to dump water... re attach bottom hose take off the bypass hose at the thermostat housing, stick a hose in the rad tank and run the motor with the heater on. just hold up the revs a bit till the water coming out of the bypass is nice and clear.

Best way to do it is drop the bottom hose, take one of the heater hoses off at the firewall and jam you garden hose in to the heater hose, run the water untill clean water comes from every opening.

And don't by cheap s**t coolent, use nulon longlife concentrate, In a falcon its a 30% mix.
