This only happens when it rains and isn't air con related.
I know this because the windscreen fogs up like pea soup
when sitting outside for a while when raining or drizzle.

I have had the windscreen checked by novus and they said the seal is fine..

I am getting water at the drivers side although it doesn't appear to be running down the firewall and
until I remove the carpet I cannot see anywhere else it may be coming from..

The strange part is the water behind the drivers seat on the floor..

This water is separate from the front area and I have no idea where it is coming from either as the hood lining/sunroof seal is dry and there is no water marks on the sides of the carpet or door trims or pillars..

Any ideas would be great thanks :(

When you remove the carpet may find that the one or more of the floor plus is the culprit?

I had water in my EA like that, it was coming in through the kick panel. The drain holes were blocked

An update..

So after buying a set of kingchrome torx sockets (highly recommended)
since the seat bolts were rusted quite badly I managed to remove the carpet..

As Papa Smurf mentioned water was visible on the passenger side too..

I tried poking some wire into a hole near the front doors but didn't do much nor could the wire go very far..

Not having access to a garage or jack at the moment doesn't help me either..

I will let the pics do the talking..Yeap, it stinks like crap..

That hole in the front door pillar is for the cabin light jamb switch isn't it?

Looks like it snapped and fallen in.
