Currently my EF Fairmont has some Stainless Steel extractors on it with the Cat removed. The muffler under the rear seats on the engine side of the rear wheels has a major exhaust leak. I want to make the car a bit louder and sound more like a 4L 6cyl engine should.... What do you recommend?

I was thinking about putting in a Flow Master type muffler or would just replacing it with a resonator be ok? I don't want it so loud im going to get pulled over but when its idling I want to hear a small rumble...

I got hurricane headers with a 2.5" exhaust after that. sounds nice , so many people mistake it for an 8, hahaha. i also have the leak in muffler under rear seat sum wea, its the middle one of the three any way, so thats coming out with resinator goin in, should sound better. hope that helped

Thanks for that, Did you take out the small muffler just after the headers? Is your exhaust standard from the middle muffler (with the leak) back?
