does anyone know if this is a straight swap over, im selling a set on ebay and someone asked me

Yes, it will fit.

For the front seats, the outer holes should line up and the inner front holes need elongating along the horizontal. The inner rear will require a spacer of thickwalled tube, I cant remember the length required but a ruler will let you figure out how long you need... buy two high tensile bolts to suit.

The rear seat will completely bolt in entirely the same.
