My Premo 6 stacker has crapped itself in my EFghia, is there anyway to manually release the cartridge so i can get my CDs out?

I believe there are two ways to release the cartridge, provided the CD is not hanging halfway out of it.

1. Slide a thin piece of metal under the cartridge. You may have to move it about a little but it should release.
2. You could disassemble the stacker and manually wind the mech assy gears to release the cartridge.
