hey.... yes im stoopid,,,, and this one has to be a easy one for you guys..
i got to change brake pads on a xd ute... GIFNOK? i think is the brand...
how do these a**hole come off....

there are 2 pins with split pins in them, do they come out?
there are two metal clips do they come off.. too late already off....
and there are 2 bolts one on the suspension type thing, and one at the bottom end of the bakes which have a split pin, do these come off?
Please help fella's i know im dumb etc etc etc......

just get a hammer and a cold chissel and chip away the rust and they should fall right off. :wink:

soory mate just ahving a dig ...


i apologise


there are 2 bolts to undo if you look you will see 2 bolts one at top end of caliper and one at bottom just undo them and caliper will come off

they are on the back side of the disc

possibly the transducer is shot, but it could be the cluster as well.....

i changed pads..... i bleed the brakes.... but now i have to push right to the floor to get it to stop, maybe it needs more bleeding. or is something f**k. it vered to the right at first, but has stoppped that.

it requires more bleeding or yes you have
f#@ked somthing. do not drive the car till you have
a decent pedal!! if you drained the master cylinder
you may have to bleed that and the rear brakes as well!!!!!!

yeah when you bleed the brake make sure the master cylinder is always full or it will suck air


and is the plug to the gear thingy come off the gearbox .


is there any power to you cluster does anything else work
