There is a specific towbar for egas BA's.

I've never seen one or how they mount, so I cant direct you there...

Apart from saying make sure you grab the right one, as the mounting points are different.

Sedan or Wagon?
I've got a Hayman Reese 2300kg bar on mine and I'm pretty sure it mounts up the same as the petrol wagons do.

Not to sure on this other than making such mistake got a towbar for an egas au, the floorpans quite different at the back on them, had like a scuba tank between two chassy rails that but that's au. the standard au towbars are a strangish looking thing that just hang off a strap type piece in the center.
but not to sure how ba's are.

Are you sure that's a Ford wagon tow bar? It doesn't look like one!

And if that's the model number on the end its not listed on hayman reece's web site. They list two for falcon wagons from 1988 onwards

1600kg 01373w
2400kg 01339r
