I am looking into starting a project on restoring an old model car that i can buy cheap and make a good profit on. I am a spraypainter by trade and i live in australia. I'm just not sure what models are the most popular and what is going to sell for me. Any suggestions?

Most bang for buck would be old school cars. So 70s and mid 80s will get you a nice price if you can restore it well. Get your hand on an XA, XB or XC for cheap (doubtful) and do that up...maybe some XE/XDs...but not sure on them.

XA's XB's and XC's are all good, but Old Holdens seem to be more popular, just not as good, lol
