hi all, got a 92 Eb that is blowing the fuse for the central lock and boot release. when i replace the fuse everything works well, as soon as i start the car it blow's  , it happens every time. I've checked everything i can think of and looked for crossed n bare wiring . what else would run off that fuse ?

find the wiring diagram as there maybe something else on that circuit that is causing it....

Had a similar thing years ago on a EL I had... was all fine till I shifted from Park to Drive and I would blow a fuse... Was the Auto trans Selector on the side of the transmission that was shorting... I just replaced it....

It could be something really wierd that could be causing it....

Check all of your earth connections, especially anything related to the problem fuse. Or just fit another earth strap to the motor and see if that stops it.

earth point's are fine . the only thing i can think of now is the pull the dash out and look at the back of the fuse panel itself :x , which won't be until need w/end
