have now been in england for just over a month. i thought i should post a pic of my temp ride whilst in the uk which is supplied to me by the cricket club i play for. its a 98 vauxhual astra manual. yes thats right lucky me got to learn manual on roads where i didnt even know where i was going lol. it took me a while but i do have manual figured out now. its quite a quick little thing has seen better days but does get me around which is the main thing. just thought id check in and see how everything is going with the world of fordmods and let you know that i have not dissapeard into thin air.

so now i have a few new plans. looks like il be restoring my old mans 89 ea brock flacon when i return home back to aus. which means the fairmont will have to go. so exciting to get to restore the brock. if only i wasnt lazy and learent manual from the start

back in aus at last have been for the past few weeks. dads got himself a new car so i have now inherited the ea brock falcon that was originally going to be mine anyway so will be turning my attention and plenty of dollars into that for the next few years. the fairmont is still going strong and getting me around and still looks nice after a wash.

For some reason I have a soft spot for stock rims...Ghia or FTRs sit well on a lowered car...wouldn't mind trying SVO rims on them. I had Turbo blades on mine once and I reckon it pulled it off okay...
