Nope. Chopper wheel is different, and swapping the dizzies will give the ecu funny signals. I think MPFI has one small blade & the CPI has them all the same size?

yeah thanks i ran my ford place in town and he said it will work but will only fire 5 cylinders not 6

That would be funny. You might be able to swap the chopper wheels around to make do with the CPI dizzy if you were desperate, but probably just as easy to swap the TFI module.
