ok so ive just done a conversion started fine but ran rough so i changed the ecu to manual went to start it andonly got crank but no spark everything but spark so i tried changing it to the old computer and the same thing yet the car was running on that ecu before im confused have i fried the computer or what please help

Is it an EB with smart lock?
Maybe smartlock is activated?

Did you get the full conv kit? with the manual gearbox loom too?

sounds like a manual conversion, does the car have smartlock? same year ecu?
