Got links?

Buy from TI Performance and you get to ask Jason on the forums for advice.

Buy the other one and he will most likely tell you to go f**k yourself with the $3 you saved.

The cheap J3s are probably the older 64k chips. The newer ones are 256k and hold more information. When I had my 64k J3 fine tuned, I was told there was limited space to add extra tuning info onto the XR6 bin file.

I've had my car tuned by Matt Branch (i.e. BPR on eBay) and he really knows his stuff when it comes to software tuning, which he does while the car's on the dyno. I'm not sure if he's got any contact with Jason but a few of the cars on the BPR website have TI Performance chips.

Most of the J3 chips you see on eBay are the same as Ti's. I have the chips and programmers made to my design and resold to others.

Now I don't do custom tunes (eBay), I have other projects I put my time into such as flash tuners for later models. If you want any custom tune, talk to Jason @ TI Performance. If you want to buy blank, tuning kit or conversion chips, your going to get the same thing either place.

Some of the other more expensive ones on eBay( BPR ) are more than likely the same thing except providing a performance tune on them.
