Hi guys,

got my car back from the mechanic today and theyve cleaned up the engine bay by spraying silicon spray over everything thats plastic and/or black. i mean everything, hoses, brake booster, intake, airbox, top rocker cover plastic, battery.....

everyone knows dirt and dust sticks to it like s**t to a blanket, and I'd like to know how to get rid of it all ASAP (its also oversprayed onto my guards, bonnet, grille and wiper cowl, leaving spots on the cowl)

If anyone has any advice thatd be greatly appreciated.

Pressure wash it and leave the engine bay alone for a while, it'll tame down with heat.

And give the mechanic that thinks cleaning outweighs his price-tag and workmanship some feedback.
