Hi all,
Currently having an XF engine rebuilt and was wondering if anybody knows of a good cam to get to replace the stock standard one. Where from and how much? Anny advice appreciated. Thanks |

Its a carby engine, just being rebuilt.
As for driving style, the car isnt thrashed however, it wont be grannied around either... Most likely to be used for some heavy towing occasionally as well. |

im going the mild crow cam in my cortina. i reckon it could suit your car cause it increases power and doesnt substitute economy. also doesnt really need many mods to run it. ie springs etc

manual or auto? im also chassing a cam for my worked xflow,, will have a t5 behind it.. give crow and/or wade a call very helpful, useful info, wade was about 200, crow was about 300,, however the 200 was a trade price from wade, dunno about trade from crow.. sorry i dont rember part numbers atm
