Hi all,

My ef 6cyl fairmonts Air con is not good.

When i turn it on it clicks in and everything but the air is just not cold.
If i put the climate control on the coldest possible (16) when i put a air temp gauge in the vent it reads 25 degree celcius, apparently it should read 4 degrees out of the vent.

Me and my bro have tried alot of things, replaced all thr TX valves, re-gassed it, put the dye in to look for leaks, but still not working.

Somneone said that the A/C Compressor is stuffed, is this right???

Hi,

i didn't check the hoses to see if they are cold. What does it mean if they are not cold?

Im not sure about the a/c compressor or the reciever dryer, the condensor is definetly not blocked, how do you get to the evaporator????
