I've just bought an EA Fairmont wagon. Fitting power mirrors and Jaycar remote central locking.
Trying to drop the fuse box to get access to the back to pick up power for the above upgrades. Have removed 2 self tappers, and the 6mm bolt at the bottom. But the wraparound return wing seems to be stuck. Don't know if it's just a clip, or a bolt/screw from inside. Don't want to force it in case I break it.

Can anyone offer some guidance on how to get it loose?

to get that panel off you usually need to remove the whole dash,
unless you can get to all 6 screws that hold the black fuse block to the grey panel or the few that holds the grey panel to the dash top from behind...otherwise it isnt going to happen..
