OK guys yet again i have another problem lol when driving in second its really hard for the car to go over 4200rpm when boosting it kinda just hits a brick wall... it does the same in third but at 3000rpm it struggles to get passed it unless u back off to about quarter throttle then it can rev to about 5000rpm easy lol was thinking that my FMU isn't giving it enough fuel pressure? or my injectors are maxing out? its got a Bosch 044 mounted in-tank so i know that the fuel pump isn't the problem lol also just wondering could i get away with 24lb injectors? cos i got told that the stocks one are 18lb or 19lb an they max out at 180rwkw? was thinking that the 24lbs would get me to my goal of 200rwkw. An another problem is im having weird over boosting problems, with the spring thats in the wastegate now it couldn't be more than a 5psi spring. but i went an bought a 7psi spring just to be sure but it still likes to boost to about 10-12psi. now i know that fuel cut is at 10psi so this might also be the reason for my other problem, its only a 38mm wastegate do i need to buy a 50mm wastegate or something bigger? or should i take the manifold off an work on the wastegate hole to bore it out a bit? the car is an 3.9L EB manual. any help will be great :) thanks

do you have your wastegate plumbed up correctly?

Save a buy an ECU to run / tune engine.. EMS [Stinger] have low cost ECU's which can be fitted and tuned for around $1500 or so...
Over boost is a sign of bad wastegate design in pipe work..
Tune ??..
Retarded timing makes latter ignition so fuel is burnt in exhaust / turbine which spools turbo more so...

i had this sort of issue when i went from the stock cam to a 977b in my ef manual turbo
tooo much exhaust for the turbo to waste, hit the 10 psi cut off real quick, put it back to the stock cam and it was fine again

Sign off inefficient wastegate flow in either control of gate or in the manifolding...
A small turbine housing can enhance these issues also...
