hi can someone tip me about , why on dash it displays d avg and my gear stick is on p , my engine wont start ? is the icc bem module has to play a role in it

Could be the inhibitor switch, what gearbox have you got?

i have an automatic gear box , the prob is , my a/c was not working while testing the icc benm module i short it , since it does that , i dont thuink id te neutral switch is gone

Looking at his signature being a BA it would be a 4 speed.

As already said, more than likely it's the inhibitor switch. Not expensive.
