hi guys I have a '96 xr6 falcon, and after driving for about an hr it start to to whistle around the tranny area..engine temp is fine, the noise is coming from the gearbox area, fluid levels are good..what else should I look for? Have been told it could be flex plate or torque converter. box works fine just this high pitched noise when its hot.
