Getting sick of the bearing whine in my EB Ghia's T5, so I'm looking for a replacement to suit a 4.0 6cyl. Gearbox must be in good shape, no bearing noise, no syncro issues. No jumping out of gears. IE a good box I can drive on & get at least 18mths out of.

I only require the gearbox & bellhousing. Nothing more. Preference & more money paid for a box from a EB series 2 thru to EL falcon.

Might consider if a box that needs a rebuild IF it's cheap & is still complete. Will only consider EA boxes if they are cheap. Prefer a gearbox in or around Melbourne, but Geelong, Ballarat & Bendigo are not out of the question for me to travel for the right gearbox. Any excuse for a road trip!
