Purchased a 2nd key on Ebay for my Au 11 2001 ute,on aftermarket dual fuel, after having it cut to suit the !st key took the car and keys along to the key supplier as he said he could program it...he was using a Carmanscan AT computer to perform the task....All started out ok, door locks operated etc, he said it appeared to be taking a longer time than usual but finaly the computer showed completed, 2nd key inserted etc....when trying that key it would not start car..... now the BAD bit, on trying the original key it will not start the car either... tried clearing BEM etc but on initial set up with original key door locks dont operated to show system is upgrading .... anyone got any experience with this problem as im carless at the moment !!!

Just for info, a second older Carmanscan computer was used and the key then programed as per normal, apparently the newer unit was missing an older program and so woudnt complete the key program on my AU11.....pheeew.
