My mates EB Fairmont 6 cyl (was my old car) suddenly had the power windows and stereo stop working while car running or ignition just on but they work when key is on just accesories, any reason as to possibly why. Im more the mechanical side of things with just basic electrical knowledge.
He says on a Multimeter while its running the voltage output of the Alternator is a healthy 14.3 or round abouts.
Help would be great.

hey mate could be the ignition barrel. got the same problem with my EL, cant be bothered replacing the barrel myself so all i have to do is jiggle the keys around when the ignition is on and the electrics come on. give it a try mate see how you go
